Handing over process starts at Jaypee Greens Wish Town

NCR-based realty major JP Group has started handing over process at Jaypee Greens Wish Town spread over Sectors 128 and 134 in Noida, on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

Company sources informed R&M that possession letters have been sent to more than 4,000 flat-buyers. Possession is being given to the flat-buyers of Kalypso Court, Pavilion Court and Pavillion Heights. Possession offer letters are also being given to the flat-owners of Wish Town Klassic and Wish Town Kosmos.

Sources said the company is also in the process of offering possession to owners of the high-end Golf Town Homes.
