HCBS Developments Appoints Dimple Bhardwaj as AVP-Channel Sales, Marketing and Communication

Gurugram, June 16, 2025: HCBS Developments, Gurugram’s leading real estate developer, has appointed Dimple Bhardwaj as Assistant Vice-President (AVP), channel sales, marketing and communication. With over two decades of experience in the real estate sector, She brings a wealth of strategic insight and leadership to HCBS’s expansion plans.
Before joining HCBS Developments, Bhardwaj held senior leadership roles at Raheja Developers, where she served for over 20 years. Her most recent position was head, channel sales, marketing and communication, where she led integrated campaigns and sales strategies that significantly boosted brand visibility and market reach.
She also served as general manager, marketing and communication, overseeing multi-channel marketing, branding and stakeholder engagement for key projects across Delhi-NCR.
Bhardwaj is a postgraduate in public relations, advertising and journalism with a specialisation in PR from IIMAT, Chennai. Her expertise spans sales, strategic planning, customer relationship management and marketing strategy, making her a valuable asset for HCBS Developments as it enters its next phase of growth.
