Honeywell Technologies to Provide Integrated Building Solutions for L&T Realty Projects
Bengaluru, October 5, 2026: Honeywell Technologies has been selected by L&T Realty, the real estate development arm of Larsen & Toubro, to supply integrated building management systems across its luxury residential and commercial developments in Mumbai and Chennai, according to an official press release issued by the company.
The agreement marks one of the first large-scale deployments of Honeywell Technologies Forge within India’s multi-family housing sector. Under the partnership, Honeywell Technologies will deploy its Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), designed to provide near real-time operational visibility aimed at improving energy performance, safety, building management, and occupant comfort.

The deployed IBMS architecture combines building automation, security, video surveillance, and safety systems into a single centralized platform. The integration aims to deliver faster emergency responses and reduce operational blind spots by enabling proactive system management before issues escalate.
Additionally, the integration of the Honeywell Technologies Forge platform provides building operators with continuous performance monitoring and operational health analytics. The initiative sets a technological benchmark for quality, efficiency, and scalability across large Indian housing complexes and commercial spaces.
