House of Swamiraj Launches SBM Sky, Kuber Heights in Thane

Mumbai, July 24, 2025: Real estate developer House of Swamiraj has launched two large-scale redevelopment projects in Thane—SBM Sky at Vartak Nagar and Kuber Heights at Hariom Nagar—with a total investment of  INR 200 crore.
