IC hosts propfest in 14 locations on Oct 9, 10

Real estate consulting company Investors Clinic (IC) is organising a propfest on October 9 and 10 at 14 locations simultaneously.

According to a press release, the propfest this year will present unbelievable offers and it will also go international for the first time.

The company, said the release, is targeting Tier-II cities like Chandigarh, Mohali, Dehradun, Meerut, Agra, Patna, Lucknow and Jaipur. Apart from these, it is planning mega propfests in Dubai, Singapore, Qatar, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR.

The company has tied up with more than 100 major real estate players this festival season across these locations, added the release.

Honeyy Katiyal, Founder, Investors Clinic, said, “There has been a subdued response during last two years in real estate due to COVID-19. We expect that this festival season will break records of the propfests held in the last three years. We are targeting more than Rs 500 crore of sales for our partners and real estate developers from our novel effort.”
