IC to close FY with a revenue of Rs 7k cr

Real estate consulting company Investors Clinic is celebrating its 14th anniversary.
Starting from a humble background, the company today has an annual turnover of over Rs 200 crore, with more than 20 offices, along with a presence in three countries, said a press release.
Speaking on the occasion, Honeyy Katiyal, Founder, Investors Clinic, said, “When we started, we could sense the gap lying between developers and consumers; there was a trust deficit between the builders, brokers and customers. IC was established with the aim of bridging this gap and making real estate brokerage an organised sector in the real estate business.”
Katiyal said IC bridged the gap with its constant efforts and engagement with customers. “Throughout our journey, we have focused on customer service. I believe that one satisfied customer brings in five more customers. This has been the success mantra for us”, he added.
Despite the present situation in the market, the company is expected to close this financial year with sales of more than 20,000 properties worth more than Rs 7,000 crore. “This has been possible only due to the commitment of our workforce towards our customers and the faith by our builder-partners”, said Katiyal.
Investors Clinic, said the company release, hired around 750 employees during the pandemic bringing in the much-desired support to the real estate industry along with the advertising industry.
