IndiQube Secures ₹54 Crore Managed Office Deal with Leading GCC in Pune
Pune, March 21, 2026:
IndiQube Spaces Limited, a provider of tech-enabled integrated workspace solutions, has announced the signing of a leasing agreement with a leading Global Capability Centre (GCC) client. The deal involves the occupation of 1,140 seats at IndiQube Orchid in Pune, with the workspace spanning multiple floors. Valued at approximately ₹54 crore over a five-year tenure, the agreement highlights the continuing trend of multinational firms seeking managed office solutions in India’s top tech hubs, the company said in a press statement.
The partnership underscores a strategic shift in how global firms approach their physical footprint in India. By opting for a managed office model, GCCs are increasingly moving away from traditional long-term leases in favor of agile, fully outsourced environments that allow them to focus on core operations rather than facility management. This latest signing further strengthens IndiQube’s position in the competitive Pune commercial real estate market.
Commenting on the development, Rishi Das, Cofounder, IndiQube says, “Over the last few years, we have seen GCCs evolve into strategic hubs that drive innovation and deliver global outcomes. Today, nearly 40% of our client portfolio comprises GCCs. What is becoming increasingly evident is their growing preference for partners like IndiQube, to whom they can fully outsource their workspace requirements.”
The new facility at IndiQube Orchid is designed to meet the highly specialized technical and operational demands typical of modern GCCs. The layout integrates diverse functional areas, ranging from high-tech infrastructure to employee wellness zones, ensuring that the workspace can support the client’s global delivery standards while fostering a collaborative local culture.

Meghna Agarwal, CoFounder, IndiQube, says “What stood out in this engagement was how the space has been designed very closely around the client’s global operating needs. A space that brings together labs, server rooms, collaborative hubs, focused bays, phone booths and training zones within a single integrated workplace. Our strong recall within the GCC ecosystem comes from consistently delivering such tailored environments PAN India.”
