IndoSpace launches over 2 m sq ft Grade A Industrial Warehousing & Logistics Parks in Gujarat with approx Rs 600 cr commitment

Mumbai/Ahmedabad, March 22, 2022 – Grade A industrial real estate and logistics parks developer, IndoSpace, is growing its presence in the West region, with investments in two significant projects in Becharaji and Bavla near Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

A press release issued by the company says that, spread over 90 acres, the location of these parks are ideal for the development of industrial, warehousing and logistics facilities. IndoSpace park in Becharaji is strategically located on the outskirts of the Mandal Becharaji Special Investment Region (MBSIR), adjacent to state highway SH-19, and accessible to both industrial and transit hubs. IndoSpace park in Bavla is in proximity to the Changodar-Bagodara industrial belts, on the Ahmedabad-Rajkot National Highway (NH) 47, offering Grade A infrastructure to many large and medium industrial and warehousing developments.
