INFRAMANTRA aims Rs 1000 cr FY24 sales
February 15, 2023, New Delhi: Real estate service provider, INFRAMANTRA is targeting home sales of Rs 1000 crore in the fiscal 2023-24 as it ramps up operations in Noida and Pune.
A press release issued by the company says that, for the current financial year, INFRAMANTRA had set a sales target of Rs 350 crore, and within 9 months, they completed transactions worth Rs 400 crore. Now, they are aiming to close sales of around Rs 600 crore.
Recently, INFRAMANTRA opened its offices in Noida and Pune, and now they are planning to open offices in Bangalore and Mumbai, in the second quarter of FY23–24.

“The Indian real estate industry is currently thriving despite the headwinds facing the global real estate market. Many factors have contributed to this success, including strong economic growth, favourable demographics and increased foreign investment. This has resulted in increased demand for housing, both from first-time buyers and those looking to up trade their homes.” said Shiwang Suraj, Founder & Director at INFRAMANTRA.
