Interarch Building Products Announces Net Revenue of 15% in third quarter of FY25

New Delhi, February 5, 2025: Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) player Interarch Building Products Limited Industry has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.

Interarch Building Products has recorded a net revenue growth of 15.0 per cent to INR 364 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared to INR 316 crore in Q3 FY24. EBITDA (excluding other income) was INR 35 crore in Q3 FY25 as against INR 28 crore in Q3 FY24, a YoY growth of 27.6 per cent. EBITDA Margin for the quarter stood at 9.7 per cent in Q3 FY25.

Profit After Tax for the third quarter stood at INR 28 crore in Q3 FY25 as against INR 22 crore in Q3 FY24. The Interarch Building Products total order book as on January 31, 2025 stands at INR 1,305 crore.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Managing Director, Interarch Building Products Ltd Arvind Nanda said: “We are pleased to report strong business growth in the third quarter of FY25, driven by higher volumes and improved order execution. Based on our inquiries and pipeline, we anticipate revenue growth of around 10 per cent, majorly driven by decent volume growth for the current financial year i.e FY25 and followed by 10-15 per cent for the next fiscal year i.e FY26.

Together, we aim to position steel as the preferred material for multi- story buildings, data centers, and heavy structures. “Our Phase-1 of the 5th PEB manufacturing unit in Athivaram, Andhra Pradesh, is ramping up smoothly. The planned capacity expansions at Athivaram, Andhra Pradesh (Phase-2) and Kiccha, Uttarakhand are progressing as scheduled and are set to become operational in the first quarter of FY26. Upon completion, these expansions will contribute an additional 40,000 MT to our existing installed capacity of 1,61,000 MT, bringing the total installed capacity to approximately 2,00,000 MT.”
