International Yoga Day Celebrations: Fostering Wellness and Community Spirit

Noida/Greater Noida/Gurugram, June 21, 2025: On International Yoga Day, several leading developers and organisations came together across Delhi-NCR to host special yoga sessions that promoted holistic health, mindfulness and community connections.
From DLF Mall of India’s invigorating morning with actress and yoga trainer Vidya Malvade, Nimbus Realty and Ambience Mall, Gurugram to Group 108, County Group and Sikka Group, the event brought together people of all ages to practice yoga, pranayama and meditation.
Each initiative reflected a shared commitment to making yoga and wellness an integral part of everyday life, fostering healthier communities and reinforcing a deeper sense of belonging.
DLF Mall of India Hosts Special Yoga Session With Actress Vidya Malvade

On International Yoga Day, DLF Mall of India, in Sector 18, Noida, hosted a special early morning yoga session under its Active Noida initiative. The event began at 5.30 am and witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 400 people. The initiative aimed to promote holistic wellness and foster community engagement through yoga, drawing fitness enthusiasts from across the city.
Led by actress and certified yoga trainer Vidya Malvade, the session offered a revitalising yoga experience that combined mindful movement, deep breathing and meditative practices. Designed to enhance balance, inner calm and overall well-being, the session saw active engagement from participants of all age groups, reflecting a shared commitment to healthier living.
In addition to the yoga session, a panel of doctors conducted a health talk and interactive Q&A offering valuable insights into preventive healthcare. Free basic health check-up was available for attendees and a complimentary coffee tasting session was arranged by Starbucks. To add an element of fun and fitness, Decathlon organised an engaging fitness challenge while children participated in a themed drawing competition on World Yoga Day.

Nimbus Realty Celebrates Organises Mass Yoga Session at Nimbus Express Park View II

Nimbus Realty, in collaboration with Sahaja Yoga Meditation Trust, organised a special yoga session at its project site Express Park View II, in Sector CHI-V, Expressway, Greater Noida.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from children, women and senior citizens. The Sahaja Yoga team guided participants through pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and mindfulness practices. Attendees reported feeling relaxed and energised with the session offering significant relief in terms of stress management as well.

Ambience Mall, Gurugram, in collaboration with Fitness First, hosted special yoga sessions at 8 am at Atrium‑3, Ground Floor. The event brought together fitness enthusiasts for a rejuvenating experience of mindful movement, inner balance and positive energy—making it a memorable celebration of wellness and good vibes in the heart of the mall.
Group 108 Organises International Yoga Day Glows at Walkway 108

In the golden hues of early morning, Walkway 108 turned into a sanctuary of mindfulness and movement as Group 108 hosted WALKWAY WELLNESS to mark International Yoga Day. The event, held between 5.30 am and 6.30 am, drew an overwhelming response from fitness enthusiasts, residents and yoga practitioners across Greater Noida West, all gathering with a common purpose—to breathe, stretch, and celebrate wellness.
With over 250-plus participants, the open-air session was led by a Ministry of Ayush-certified yoga instructor who guided the crowd through a sequence of traditional asanas, breathing techniques and meditation practices. The theme, ‘Let Energy Lift You. Let Calmness Ground You’, resonated through every movement as participants found a quiet balance amidst the collective energy.
The event was not just a session—it was a wellness experience. From fitness challenges to a spirited Yoga Quiz, the morning buzzed with activities that were both fun and enriching. Participants also enjoyed engaging Q&A sessions where queries around yoga, mental well-being and healthy lifestyle choices were addressed with clarity and warmth.
Each attendee received a wellness kit that included a premium dry-fit T-shirt, healthy refreshments, hydration support and a certificate of participation—a token of appreciation for being part of this conscious community initiative. A dedicated selfie booth and professional photography ensured memories of the day were captured with joy.
The coordinated turnout from various walks of life gave the gathering a truly inclusive and community-focused spirit. Walkway 108 echoed with conversations about holistic health, preventive care and simple yet effective ways to bring yoga into daily routines.

County Group Hosts Special Yoga Session for Residents

County Group organised a special yoga session at its project sites Cleo County (Sector 121) and Ivy County (Sector 75). The unique wellness event aimed to rejuvenate both body and mind with expert yoga instructors guiding participants through various asanas and breathing techniques.
The session encouraged residents to embrace a stress-free and healthier lifestyle, drawing enthusiastic participation from people of all age groups.

Sikka Group Organises Yoga Sessions at Its Societies

Special morning yoga sessions were organised across several residential projects of Sikka Group. Residents gathered for group yoga sessions at Sikka Kaamya Greens in Sector 78, Sikka Kimaantra Greens in Sector 79, Crown of Noida in Sector 143 A and Sikka Skyhomes in Sector 143 B.
The sessions began at 6 am under the guidance of trained yoga instructors and saw active participation from women, senior citizens and children. Residents practiced yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation focusing on achieving a balance of body and mind. Many residents shared that the event inspired them to make yoga a regular part of their lives.
