Investors Clinic hires 1,100 consultants

Real estate consulting firm Investors Clinic announced on October 7 that it has hired 1,100 real estate consultants and expanded its reach in Pune, Jaipur and Hyderabad.
The company will be focusing on newer markets to increase its business outreach and help consumers in these cities, said a press release. Also it will cash on the opportunities offered by Tier-2 and 3cities, which are expected to offer better returns in the coming years, added the release.
Speaking on the expansion, Honeyy Katiyal, Founder, Investors Clinic, said, “We expect our next phase of growth to come from Tier-2 and 3 cities, as they offer an opportunity, which is similar to what Delhi-NCR offered from the years 2002-09. The Government focus on housing will also add to the demand in Tier-2 and 3 cities. Properties from regional reputed developers will be in huge demand in the next one decade.”
Bhawna Katiyal, Director HR, said, “The company is in expansion mode and we are focusing on hiring at the local level.”
