New Delhi, August 19, 2026: ITC Hotels Limited has signed agreements for two new properties under its upscale-to-midscale Fortune Hotels brand, expanding its presence in Tier II and Tier III destinations. The planned developments in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and Mantralayam, Andhra Pradesh, target commercial and pilgrimage markets with growing demand for branded accommodation, ITC Hotels said in a press release.

The additions aim to strengthen the brand’s national network across culturally and spiritually significant locations while diversifying its regional portfolio.

“We are committed to expanding our portfolio across high-potential, underserved markets,” said Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited. “Saharanpur and Mantralayam represent unique and growing destinations that align with our aim to offer dependable, contemporary hospitality across spiritual and business cohorts. With these thoughtfully planned alliances, we are poised to elevate the stay experience for travellers while expanding our presence pan-India.”

Fortune Park Saharanpur, a brownfield development featuring 60 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, green lawns, and banquet spaces, is scheduled to open in December 2026. The property seeks to capture demand generated by Saharanpur’s commercial activity, including its agro-based industries and wood-carving sector.

In Andhra Pradesh, Fortune Park Mantralayam is expected to open in the final quarter of fiscal year 2026-27 as the first branded hotel in the pilgrim destination. The 79-room property will feature an all-day dining restaurant and banqueting facilities designed to serve visiting pilgrims and families.
