J Infratech Limited Secures Contract For Highway Maintenance in Assam
New Delhi, February 14, 2026: J Infratech Limited has secured a contract from a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of riding quality on selected sections on the stretch of NH-37 (Old) in Assam. The project has been awarded following the company’s bid with CPSU issuing a formal letter of acceptance under FY 2025–26 (2nd Call).
The stretch facilitates daily commuter movement while enabling the efficient transportation of goods across the region. Strengthening riding quality on such routes is essential to maintaining traffic reliability, reducing vehicle operating stress, and supporting overall transport efficiency. This initiative aligns with broader efforts to reinforce existing highway infrastructure through timely maintenance and targeted upgrades.

Commenting on the development, Rajat Jaggi AGM – Planning & Monitoring, J Infratech Limited, said: “This project reflects our continued commitment to strengthening and sustaining critical road infrastructure. Maintenance and rehabilitation are integral to ensuring the long-term performance of highways, particularly on routes that support substantial traffic volumes. We remain focused on delivering the project in line with the highest quality standards and within the stipulated timelines.”
