KPDK Buildtech unveils maiden commercial project in Gurgaon

DELHI/NCR: KPDK Buildtech, a venture of the MKG Group, unveiled its maiden commercial project ‘Newtown Square’, at an event in Gurgaon. The project to be developed at Sector 95 A, Gurgaon, will be formally launched by the end of the month.

The project, to come up at main Pataudi Road, is strategically located in the neighbourhood of Dwarka Expressway, KMP Expressway and NH 8.

Newtown Square is one of the first commercial projects being launched in the New Gurgaon region. It will be surrounded by high-end residential units totalling more than 3,000 acre with a captive catchment of over one million people.

The project is a unique symbiosis of premium areas for social, entertainment, corporate and residential usage spread across 3.1 acres. It boasts of state-of-the-art design and international standard amenities through meticulous planning by renowned architects and urban planners.

Speaking at the event, MK Gupta, Chairman, KPDK Buildtech, said, “By offering almost every possible commercial unit under one roof, our prime focus for this project is to make it a landmark in the region.”
