New Delhi, October 27, 2026: KREEVA, the real estate arm of Kanodia Group, recorded Rs 750-800 crore in sales on the launch day of its ultra-luxury residential project, Swaranaya, fully booking all residences offered in its first phase, according to a press release.

Located near New Friends Colony in South Delhi, the development features 114 residences, including 3.5, 4.5, and 5.5 BHK bespoke sky villas with prices starting at Rs 15 crore. The company offered a select number of units across larger formats, with the 5.5 BHK condominiums completely selling out. The project incorporates lifestyle amenities operated by global partners alongside 5-tier security and hospitality services.

Following the South Delhi launch, KREEVA announced expansion plans outlining an investment of Rs 5,000 crore over the next four to five years. The capital will target land acquisition, project development, and expansion across Delhi-NCR—including a planned multigenerational residential project on Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram—as well as select Tier-2 markets such as Chandigarh and Lucknow.

Dr. Gautam Kanodia, Founder, KREEVA and Kanodia Group, said, “The response to Swaranaya gives us confidence in the direction we are moving. People are willing to invest in a better home, but they also expect greater accountability from the developer behind it. As we grow, our responsibility is to understand those expectations and build a business that can meet them consistently. We have been able to establish as KREEVA a trusted name in luxury housing, recognised as much for its commitments as for its design and quality. Our expansion into new markets will be selective. We will enter where we see a genuine opportunity to serve buyers well and establish a lasting presence, while keeping our standards and financial discipline intact.”

Ankur Balendu Dwivedi, Head of Sales, KREEVA, added, “The opportunity in luxury housing lies in understanding where demand is deep enough to support long-term growth. We see potential in Chandigarh, Lucknow and other select Tier-2 markets, where buyers’ aspirations are creating room for a more differentiated residential offering. Buyers are weighing the overall value of a purchase, including location, usable space, amenities and confidence in delivery, rather than looking at specifications alone. Our focus is to translate that understanding into commercially sound projects, with disciplined land acquisition, appropriate pricing and careful capital allocation. We want to build a portfolio that meets buyer expectations while maintaining financial discipline as we scale.”
