KVD gets nod from Gr Noida authority for ‘WindPark’

Realty major KV Developers Pvt Ltd (KVD) has got all the necessary approvals from Greater Noida Authority to launch its premier housing project, WindPark, in Tech Zone-IV at Greater Noida (West), a company release said on Friday.

Commenting on the development, Aman Agarwal, director of KVD said, “We are extremely happy to receive these approvals which allow us to launch our flagship group housing project ‘WindPark’. We are already receiving overwhelming response from the market as well. The real estate market in NCR is expanding very rapidly which has allowed Greater Noida to showcase its potential as the next metropolitan city. I am sure ‘WindPark’ will be a landmark in Greater Noida in days to come.”

The company said that the project spread over approximately five acres of land, will showcase around 7 towers with units varying from 2-BHK, 3-BHK and 3-BHK + in the vicinity with a starting from Rs 30 lakhs onwards.
