L&T to begin construction of Eminence at Wave City Center

NCR-based real estate company Wave Infratech on Wednesday appointed Larsen and Toubro (L&T) to carry out construction for Eminence, the ultra-luxurious serviced residences at Wave City Center.

The excavation for the construction site of Eminence, which is spread across 1.62 acres in Sector 32, Noida, has been completed. With L&T now on board, the construction is soon going to commence and would be completed in 42 months, according to a press release issued by the company.

Amar Sinha, Executive Director, Wave Infratech, said “At Wave we believe in quality construction and timely delivery and keeping that in consideration, who better could we have thought of other than L&T for the construction for our most ultra luxurious product – Eminence. We hope that our association with L&T continues across other products as well.”

Wave City Center spread across 152 acres, is the flagship project of Wave Infratech with the total constructed size of the township at 40 million sq ft and construction of the first phase is underway.

Meanwhile, Wave City Center has also unveiled a limited period reward offer for the first few customers to be able to choose between a Rolex wrist watch or a Harley Davidson motorbike on the purchase of Eminence residences.
