M3M India Launches ‘Black Circle’, Targets ₹13,400 Crore Revenue Expansion

Gurugram, October 30: Real estate developer M3M India has unveiled M3M Black Circle, a private, invitation-only privilege platform designed to extend the experience of branded homeownership beyond the residence, according to a press release. The launch comes as the company plans to expand its branded portfolio from approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. to 10 million sq. ft. by the end of 2026, targeting an additional topline of Rs 13,400 crore.

Moving beyond traditional definitions of luxury, Black Circle offers homeowners exclusive access to global luxury icons and curated experiences. Drawing on M3M’s relationships with luxury brands, the platform aims to create a deeper connection between homeowners and the creative worlds behind their addresses.

Black Circle made its debut in Paris, where owners of Jacob & Co. and ELIE SAAB residences were hosted on an exclusive journey. The experience included personal interactions with Jacob Arabo and Elie Saab Jr., alongside private luxury dining and cruises. This builds on M3M’s previous initiatives, where Trump homeowners enjoyed interactions with Donald Trump Jr. in the United States. Through Black Circle, M3M India aims to make such access an integral part of its branded-residences proposition.

Speaking on the launch, Robin Mangla, President, M3M India, said, “Luxury today is no longer defined by what you own, but by who you know and where you are welcome. Our homeowners already live with the best of design and craftsmanship. With Black Circle, we are opening doors that have traditionally stayed closed: to the founders, designers and visionaries behind the world’s most admired brands. What we saw in Paris was not a trip; it was a sense of belonging to a global circle. This is the new benchmark for branded living in India, and we intend to keep raising it.”

M3M India, together with Smartworld, has built a portfolio spanning three Trump developments, two ELIE SAAB developments, and one Jacob & Co. development, covering approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. across a community of around 500 owners.

The company is currently in advanced discussions with other global luxury brands for new collaborations in Indian real estate. As its footprint grows, M3M India plans to extend Black Circle across its branded-residences ecosystem to offer curated experiences and engagement alongside its property developments.
