M3M sets precedent with rapid pace of construction of Woodshire

Realty firm M3M India has announced the substantial completion of structure within a short span of 12 months. One of their first-of-its-kind luxury projects, M3M Woodshire, comprising 18 mid-rise towers spread across approx.
“The Project’s construction began in the second quarter of 2013 and work is well underway with nearly 60 per cent of the work being completed.
The project involves an estimated construction outlay of Rs 430 crore in the construction process. The company is focused and well on its way to deliver its projects by end of 2015,” said a company release here.
Well before time, M3M India has pushed for substantial completion of the project. “Brick works are progressing rapidly and plastering too is moving fast. The apartments are already seeing door frame being fixed and electrical conducting is substantially done. Plumbing and fire-fighting work is currently being taken forward. Advanced development works like air conditioning and elevator contracts have been finalised and work has started,” it started.
M3M Woodshire is M3M India’s fourth residential project after M3M Golf Estate, M3M Polo Suites and M3M Merlin.
