Mahindra Lifespaces forays into plotted development

Delhi, July 3, 2023: Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited (MLDL), on Monday announced its foray into plotted developments. The brand unveiled its first plotted development project ‘Lakefront Estatesby Mahindra’ at Mahindra World City (MWC), Chennai. Spread over 19 acres, the project will offer a wide range of plots with sizes up to 5000 sq. ft., says a press release issued by the company.

Lakefront Estates is located amidst Paranur hills, overlooking 2200 acres Kolavai Lake with an urban forest to the north of the project, spread over 80 acres.
