Mahindra Lifespaces Launches Mahindra Zen, Net Zero Waste + Energy Homes in Bengaluru
New Delhi, March 22, 2024: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, announced launch of Bengaluru’s 1st Net Zero Waste + Energy residential project, Mahindra Zen. With an IGBC pre-certified platinum rating, Mahindra Zen comprises of over 200 bespoke homes spread over 4.25 acres, mentions a press release issued by the company.
Located at Manipal County Road, off Hosur Road, Mahindra Zen consists of two towers. The towers, each with G+ 25 floors, are set 60 meters apart.
