Mahindra Lifespaces Sells ₹350 Cr Worth Homes in 2 Days at Mahindra Zen, Bengaluru

Bengaluru, April 18, 2024: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, on Thursday announced the launch of Bengaluru’s 1st Net Zero Waste + Energy residential project, Mahindra Zen. The project witnessed booking of over 150 homes, totaling over ₹350 crores in value, within just 2 days that is ~ 65% of the launched inventory, claims a press release issued by the company.
