Mantra pre-launches two projects in Pune

Pune-based developer Mantra Properties is pre-launching two premium lifestyle projects in Pune, one each in Upper Koregaon Park and Keshavnagar.

Despite COVID 19 pandemic, Mantra Properties has been on a growth trajectory, said a press release. With 17 ongoing projects and 7.7 million Sq. Ft under development, it has plans to launch five projects in 2021-2022 across Pune and PCMC with about 2 million square feet of development, said the release.

The upcoming projects, codenamed Infinity in Upper Koregaon Park and Wonderland in Keshavnagar, offer a host of amenities and facilities, which are innovative and carefully curated to enhance contemporary urban living, the release said further.

Spread over 4 acres, Wonderland comprises seven 22-storey residential towers and a retail boulevard which houses 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK sky villas, shops, and amenities planned in the central podium. Infinity is spread over approx. 8 acres, added the release.
