Mantra set to launch another project in Pune

Mantra Properties, a leading real estate developer of Pune, is set to launch another premium project, Codename Benchmark, in Akurdi, PCMC, Pune.

Spread across 3 acres, the project will offer 2BHK & 3BHK, 3 BHK Sky Villas, and 4.5BHK homes, said a press release. It will consist of six towers linked by a central podium and packed with amenities, with four flats per floor.
