Milestone Experion Center receives platinum LEED pre-certification

Milestone Experion Center, an upcoming commercial venture of Experion Developers and Milestone Ventures, has received the platinum LEED pre- certification for sustainable construction and development by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Acording to a press release, with this certification, the Experion Milestone Centre will be amongst the most eco-friendly and sustainable commercial buildings in the country.
The pre-certification recognises the performance of the building for environment friendly actions taken during construction and operations.
Speaking on the development , Hemant Tikoo, Chairman, Experion Developers Pvt. Ltd, said, “We are glad to have met all the pre-requisites and credits for achieving the Platinum level certification. Milestone Experion Centre will be a high-performance LEED Green Building and offer improved environmental performance. It is an important accreditation and a testimony of our commitment towards sustainable development, while developing world- class infrastructure in India.”
The press release said, spread across four acres of prime licensed land parcel on 32nd Milestone, National Highway- 8, Gurgaon, the Milestone Experion Centre will have a total built-up area of approx 40,000 sq. mts. The group is deploying most innovative methodology and technologies in design, construction, water conservation and energy efficiency in developing the project.
