Modis Navnirman Submits Application For Migration to BSE, NSE Main Board
Mumbai, July 24, 2025: Modis Navnirman Limited, one of the fastest growing and promising real estate players in the redevelopment space in Mumbai, has submitted its application for migration from the BSE SME platform to the BSE Main Board, and simultaneously for listing on the NSE Main Board.
The company has completed the necessary documentation and compliance requirements and filed the application with both BSE and NSE. This strategic move reflects Modis Navnirman’s ambition to enhance its presence in the capital markets, unlock greater value for shareholders and access a broader investor base.
