For quite some years now, real estate of India has seen some ups in terms of growth and downs in terms of public grievances. And when the authority and government put a foot in, the problems usually get solved for the betterment of the public interest. I n this sector the judicial activism has largely increased over some time now; as customers have an indirect reach to the authorities. The best would be when this sector gets regulated and customers and builders can both get their problems resolved .
