NAR India’s Pre-Convention Presser Sets Stage for NARVIGATE 2025

New Delhi, March 19, 2025: The National Association of Realtors India (NAR-INDIA), in collaboration with APP Delhi NCR, successfully hosted a Pre-Convention Press Conference at Chelmsford Club, New Delhi, unveiling key insights on the future of Indian real estate ahead of the highly anticipated NARVIGATE 2025 – the 17th NAR India Annual Convention scheduled for March 21-22 at JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi.

The power-packed congregation brought industry leaders together on a common platform to discuss all such aspects that affect the evolving landscape of real estate, emerging trends in investment, the role of technology in effecting change, and the requisite partnerships shaping the future of real estate in India. The event saw an interesting round of discussions between the top leadership of NAR India and APP Delhi NCR and was moderated by NAR India Chairman Sumanth Reddy Arani.

Some key names present were Tarun Bhatia (Vice Chairman, NAR India), Amit Chopra (President, NAR India), Shivakumar C.R. (Immediate Past President, NAR India), Chandresh Vithalani (President-Elect, NAR India), Samir Arora (CEO, NAR India), Vikas Agrawal (Hon. Secretary, NAR India), and Ashish Mehta (Hon. Treasurer, NAR India). From APP Delhi NCR were Abhishek Jain (Chairman, APP Delhi NCR), Gaganpal Singh (President, APP Delhi NCR & Co-Chair, 17th NAR India Annual Convention), and Mitesh Poddar (President-Elect, APP Delhi NCR & Co-Chair, 17th NAR India Annual Convention).

Conference themes revolved around the major industry foundations for speeches: Evolution of the Indian real estate market with growth in the market, updates on policies and technological developments that impact the sector. Emphasis has been on NAR India with the basics behind the institute, which strengthened industry standards for ethical brokerage practice, the collaborations with global partners, and professional development for realtors.

They explored investment trends and international expansion, the increasing attraction of Indian real estate by global and cross-border investors for transactions. Major discussions also revolved around technology and artificial intelligence in real estate and how PropTech revolutionizes transactions and brokerage services in real estate. And finally dove into the future of brokerage about real estate professionals needing to adjust to a rapidly changing scene.

Many important announcements were made during the press conference, such as strategic partnerships with leading global real estate organizations to make strides in the industry. New initiatives launched to support realtors through professional development programs, ethical practice guidelines, and better networking opportunities were unveiled.

These developments offer sponsorship and partnership updates focused on key stakeholders and developers joining efforts to promote the industry. Further, a roadmap for real estate brokerage was presented to ensure that such growth is ongoing and sustainable with an emphasis on alignment with government policies and housing sector reforms.

Speaking on the occasion, NAR India Chairman Sumanth Reddy Arani said, “The real estate sector in India is at a transformative juncture, driven by innovation, policy reforms, and global collaborations. Through strategic partnerships and professional development initiatives, we are committed to shaping a more transparent, efficient, and growth-oriented industry for all stakeholders.”

The press conference successfully laid the foundation for NARVIGATE 2025 on March 21-22 at JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi. As India’s premier real estate convention, NARVIGATE 2025 promises to be a landmark event, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and global stakeholders to shape the future of real estate.
