NAREDCO all set to organise “Affordable Housing cum HRERA Summit- 2018”
The one day summit to be held on 26th October at Oberoi Gurugram
New Delhi, 17th October, 2018: National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) an autonomous self regulatory body which works under Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs presents “Affordable Housing cum HRERA Summit – 2018”. It will be held on 26 October, 2018 at Hotel Oberoi , Gurugram.
The prime objective of the summit will be to discuss about the projects which have been registered, and if the authority is carrying out its effort in an efficient and smooth way or if there are some gaps which needs to be looked into. Moreover as RERA is a big step forward to clean up the mess in real estate in the state, the summit will assess the impact of HRERA and if it is bringing order in the state’s real estate market. The summit will also review policies that have been implemented and executed to make real estate purchase easier, by infusing improved accountability and transparency.
Furthermore a spotlight will also be on the work in progress on the affordable housing for all by 2022. So far 95 projects have been approved and the rest are in the pipeline. Also Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana has been launched in Haryana which aims at converting unorganised colonies into organised ones. Also the government has been offering subsidies to the buyer to create a favourable environment for the real estate market in the state.
Additionally the summit will reassess the superior construction techniques, equipments and expertise that have implemented or needs to be probed into for housing projects to run ably and in lesser time and with minimized resources.
Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar will be inaugurating the summit.
“Affordable Housing cum HRERA Summit – 2018” is an integrated environment as well as a cohesive one day industry festival, it will attracts top players of real estate industry, builders, developers, personalities from real estate industry, Govt. Representation, Investors, Allied Industry and all who are directly related to the Real Estate, Infrastructure & Allied Industry.
Giving a sneak peak into the upcoming summit Mr. Praveen Jain, President, NAREDCO, Haryana said “This one day summit will examine the various financing options for developers and individual’s as well innovative construction methods using economically viable energy efficient technologies. It will also review housing policies, promote capacity building of local governments, as well as explore urban planning and redevelopment initiatives which are being adopted across the state to meet the explosive demand for affordable housing.”
