NAREDCO Elects G Hari Babu As President, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman And Rajan Bandelkar As Its Vice Chairman

New Delhi, October 13, 2023: The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), announced the election of G. Hari Babu as its new President. Also, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani has taken over as Chairman, and Rajan Bandelkar as Vice Chairman of NAREDCO.
Hari Babu, has previously served as President for four years at APREDA (Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association).
During his tenure, Hari Babu played a pivotal role in expanding NAREDCO AP, with the establishment of 12 chapters and the enrolment of over 1200 members. Currently, he is the Chairman for the Andhra Pradesh chapter of NAREDCO, while also serving as an advisor within NAREDCO Telangana and as the President-elect for NAREDCO National.

Speaking about his vision for NAREDCO National, Hari Babu commented, “The real estate sector in India is poised for tremendous growth, and I am committed to ensuring that NAREDCO plays a central role in fostering this development. We will focus on sustainable and inclusive growth, while continuing to prioritize innovation, transparency, and excellence in all our endeavours. Together, we will strive to make the dream of affordable and high-quality housing a reality for every Indian citizen.”

Welcoming the new President, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman, NAREDCO stated, ” NAREDCO will continue to facilitate a two-way communication between industry and government to propel policy, sustainable development, and perpetual growth. The new leadership team will continue to harness industry voice and foster new development avenues under the aegis of NAREDCO.”

Rajan Bandelkar, Vice Chairman of NAREDCO also welcomed the newly elected President, “We are excited to welcome Mr. G. Hari Babu as the new President of NAREDCO National. His wealth of experience and vision will undoubtedly lead us to new heights in the real estate industry.
