New Senior Living Community Worth ₹135 Crore Launched in South Bengaluru
Bengaluru, June 24, 2026: In response to the growing demand for professionally managed senior living communities across India, Primus Senior Living and Gopalan Enterprises have officially launched Primus Olympia. The ₹135 crore senior living community is located within the 16-acre Gopalan Olympia Sports City township in Kumbalgodu, off Mysore Road in South Bengaluru. Comprising 112 purpose-built residences for individuals aged 55 years and above, the development is expected to be ready for possession within approximately six months and will cater to over 300 senior residents.
