NHRF Citizen Initiative Receives Overwhelming Response for Resolution of Pending Flat Registries in Noida-Greater Noida
Noida, September 1, 2026: A citizen initiative launched by the Noida HighRise Federation (NHRF) to resolve long-pending flat registries across Noida and Greater Noida has received a major response from homebuyer communities and Apartment Owners Associations (AOAs). Residents from 17 prominent high-rise projects, including RG Residency, Gardenia Glory, Homes 121, Sethi Max, Gardenia Glory AIMS, White Orchid, Apex Golf, Mahagun Moderne, Casa Green, Antariksh Kambal, AIMS Golf View, Ajnara Daffodil, ACE Parkway, Assotech Windsor Court, Skytech Matrott, IVRCL Aranya Project, and Futech Gateway, have submitted data regarding their pending property registrations.
Several AOAs have formally handed over consolidated letters detailing unresolved registry cases directly to Nikhil Singhal, President, NHRF. The initiative aims to unite affected flat owners on a common platform, accurately map the scale of the delays, and present structured representations before government authorities based on ground facts, NHRF said in a press release,
Nikhil Singhal, President, NHRF, highlighted the scale of the campaign and the shared challenges faced by residents. “The overwhelming support that NHRF’s initiative is receiving from residents and AOAs is extremely encouraging. The fact that several AOAs have come forward and formally submitted consolidated details to NHRF shows that the issue of pending registries is widespread and requires collective attention. I have personally faced this issue and understand the difficulties and concerns of affected homebuyers. Our endeavour now is to present all these cases before the government and concerned authorities in a structured and data-driven manner,” Singhal stated.
Singhal emphasized that the effort extends beyond gathering grievances. “This initiative is not merely about collecting complaints. Our objective is to undertake a fact-based assessment of the actual status of pending registries, the reasons for the delays and the difficulties being faced by affected families, and then take concrete steps towards a resolution. We are encouraging both AOAs and individual residents to participate so that no affected homebuyer is left out,” Singhal added.
Organizers reiterated that the campaign intends to capture issues across all affected residential developments. Ashutosh Rai, Vice President, NHRF, noted that the response from prominent societies has been very encouraging, stating, “Our objective is not to restrict this initiative to any particular society, but to bring the voices of every affected flat buyer onto a common platform. The participation of AOAs will further strengthen the consolidated representation before the concerned authorities.”
The federation plans to carry out a comprehensive review of the collected data to pinpoint key patterns in administrative and builder-level delays. Kapil Mehra, Secretary, NHRF, explained, “We will not merely compile the information received but will also undertake a detailed analysis of the data. We will examine how long the registries have been pending and identify the reasons behind the delays. Based on these findings, a fact-based representation will be prepared.”
The NHRF technical team will evaluate the submissions based on specific parameters, including the project name, builder, duration of delay, and underlying legal or financial bottlenecks. The resulting consolidated report will be submitted to relevant state government departments, local development authorities, and registration officials to push for expedited relief. The federation has urged remaining affected homebuyers and AOAs across the region to submit their details through the NHRF Pending Registry Citizen Registration Form under its campaign slogan, “Your Registry. Your Right. Your Voice.”
