Nklusive Signs Assets Under Management Worth ₹8,123 Crore in 12 Months

New Delhi, November 6, 2025: NKlusive, a premier real estate consultancy specializing in premium, luxury, and uber-luxury residences across India, has announced a significant milestone, securing assets worth INR 8,123 crore and 6.73 million sq. ft. under management over the past 12 months. This achievement highlights the company’s increasing presence in India’s premium real estate markets, particularly in Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
Kolkata led the growth, contributing INR 2,900 crore with 1.85 million sq. ft. under management. Hyderabad followed closely with INR 2,745 crore and 2.70 million sq. ft., while Bengaluru accounted for INR 2,478 crore and 2.18 million sq. ft. in managed assets.
In Bengaluru, NKlusive’s portfolio spans key emerging micro-markets, including Sarjapura, Budigere Cross, Nandi Hills, and Hennur, reflecting the city’s increasing demand for high-value residential and mixed-use developments. Hyderabad’s expansion was anchored by strategic investments in Kollur, Mokhila, Puppalguda, and Adibatla, reinforcing the city’s position as a real estate hotspot driven by infrastructure development and tech-led employment growth.
Speaking on the milestone, Pawan Agarwal, MD, Nklusive, stated, “The strong performance across our key markets demonstrates the confidence of investors and developers in Nklusive’s expertise and India’s resilient real estate fundamentals. With expanding urban corridors and an increasing demand for integrated living environments, we anticipate sustained growth and will therefore commit to sign around INR 15,000 crore in assets under management in FY26 across pan India.”
