NoBroker Partners HDFC’s Payment App PayZapp to Offer Sweet Deal on Rent Payment
May 1, 2020: Real estate portal NoBroker.com has partnered with HDFC’s payment app PayZapp to offer greater rewards on rent payment. The offer is valid on paying rent via NoBroker’s rent payment feature, NoBroker Pay.
A press release issued by the company says that with this partnership the deal for tenants is made even sweeter as they can earn reward points on their credit cards along with cashback of up to Rs 500. Customers can earn up to Rs 30,000 through reward points annually. Customers can also pay through UPI and wallets via this feature.
Commenting upon the partnership, Akhil Gupta, co-founder and CTO of NoBroker said, “We are tirelessly working to come up with solutions that would benefit our consumers in these times when many people are suffering liquidity crunch. We are happy to partner HDFC’s PayZapp, a recognized player in the financial domain. Our team is consistently working to minimize the impact of the current crisis on our patrons.”
The release says that the platform has noticed a spike in the number of tenants using credit cards to pay their monthly rent as it allows them a buffer period of up to 45 days. By facilitating rent payment through credit cards and offering cashback, customers get an added bonanza that would remove some financial stress.
NoBrokerHood, the society management app by NoBroker, earlier this month also forayed into grocery delivery by partnering with ITC and Bigbasket to help deliver daily essentials to society residents.
