Noida Authority begins construction of office building
The Noida Authority will finally have a dedicated office building that will bring all its offices under one roof in Sector 96. The new office will be ready by March 2019, according to a published media report.
At a cost of Rs 478 crore, construction for the dual-tower, multistorey, state-of-the-art, green complex started on Friday. The project is likely to be completed in three years time and ready for use in 2019.
The Authority had started work on the ground more than six years after it conceived the project in 2009.
“Residents and visitors will not have to run from one bureaucratic office to another once the building is ready. Currently, offices of various departments and work circles of the Noida Authority are located in different sectors and buildings in the city, according to officials.
