Noida High Rise Federation 100X Hosts Grand Oath Taking ceremony for its Founder Board
Noida, July 22, 2024: The Noida High Rise Federation (NHRF) conducted Oath Taking Ceremony for its newly elected board members at the Radisson Blu, Noida. Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Member of Parliament from Noida, was the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour was Praveen Khandelwal, Member of Parliament from Chandani Chowk.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp by Dr. Mahesh Sharma and the other guests. Commending the NHRF’s efforts and congratulating the newly elected team members of NHRF, Dr. Mahesh Sharma said, “It gives me immense pleasure to see the Noida High Rise Federation contributing to represent the interests of high-rise residents. Their dedication to community development and addressing local issues is commendable. I am confident that with the new leadership, the Federation will take a big leap forward to achieve great milestones and contribute significantly to Noida’s progress.”
Boosting the spirits of the elected NHRF team members, Pravin Khandelwal, Member of Parliament from Chandani Chowk, said, “I congratulate Nikhil Singhal and his team for being elected to serve the community of Sector 100X, Noida. His commitment to enhancing the quality of life in high-rise societies is commendable. I am confident that under his astute leadership, the NHRF will continue to play a pivotal role in advancing the interests of residents and contributing to Noida’s development.”
Expressing his commitment to the residents of Noida, Nikhil Singhal, the elected President of NHRF, said the oath-taking event symbolizes a new chapter in Noida’s development. “As we embark on this journey, our focus remains firmly on addressing the needs and aspirations of the residents in Sector 100X. We are committed to finding innovative solutions and ensuring a better quality of life for all,” Singhal said.
He further added, ‘The Federation’s 100-day initial plan prioritizes resolving the delayed registry issues in 100 sectors in Noida as its top priority.’ He also emphasised solving the ongoing water crisis and lack of security in these sectors.
Singhal stressed the urgent need to tackle the challenges ahead and foster a strong, vibrant community in Noida’s high-rise societies. He emphasized that the federation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents. “With the support of our new team, we are determined to tackle the challenges ahead and foster a strong, vibrant community in Noida’s high-rise societies,” he added.
Apart from Nikhil Singhal, the other federation team members who took oath included Ashutosh Rai as Vice President, Kapil Mehra as Secretary, Namita Choubey as Joint Secretary, Avinash Kumar as Treasurer, Dr. Ajit Singh as Joint Treasurer, Gaurav Asati, Govind Kumar, Baleshwar Das Vairagi, and Gautam Sharma as Executive Members, along with Dinesh Singh and Ashok Bindlish as Convenors.
During the ceremony, a special panel discussion titled ‘Noida – Growth & Challenges’ also took place. The thought-provoking event featured prominent speakers sharing insights on Noida’s development and the issues it faces, such as flat registration, inadequate water supply, and deteriorating power supply in high-rise societies.
