Notandas Realty Eyes Over ₹400 Cr Revenue With Launch of Notan Jewel

Mumbai, November 12, 2025: Luxury real estate brand Notandas Realty has announced the launch of its new premium commercial project — Notan Jewel in Bandra. As it eyes more than INR 400 crores in revenue with this new project, it also marks a new milestone for the organization as it reinforces its growing presence in Mumbai’s upscale commercial real estate segment.

The construction area for the project is 90,000 square feet and aimed at catering to the rising demand for office as well as retail spaces in the heart of Mumbai’s business corridor. The leasable area for Notan Jewel is approximately 45,000 square feet. With the project being developed at Turner Road in Bandra, it is expected to be completed in three years.
