Omaxe Chowk Gets Ready For Possession: Multi-Level Parking Lot Trial Completed

With the completion of the Omaxe Chowk parking lot trial run at Chandni Chowk by MCD, the possession process of the mall will commence soon after it receives the go-ahead, informs a press release issued by real estate developer Omaxe.
Omaxe Chowk has received the ‘Occupancy Certificate (OC)’ from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). The 5-Storey parking features a huge parking capacity for more than 2100+ vehicles.

“We are thrilled to announce the completion of the trial run of Omaxe Chowk’s parking lot. Developed on the PPP model with MCD, Omaxe Chowk will redefine the shopping and dining experience in the heart of Old Delhi. This project is a testament to the successful fusion of modern infrastructure with the historical charm of one of India’s oldest wholesale and retail markets,” said Jatin Goel, Executive Director, Omaxe Group.
Omaxe Chowk’s unique feature is Dawatpur, India’s largest food court, claims Omaxe, which has a seating capacity of 2,000.
Spread over 4 lac square feet of exquisitely designed retail and atrium spaces, Omaxe Chowk is inspired by the architectural heritage of the Mughal and British eras. The project spreads over a vast 4.5 acres and will redefine the concept of a retail and food destination.
