Omaxe Chowk Hosts First-Ever “Chandni Chowk Youth Festival”, 35+ Campus Societies Participate

Delhi, Dec, 2024: Omaxe Chowk hosted an exciting two-day “Chandni Chowk Youth Festival” to connect with the students and all the campuses around, categorically the north campus. Held at the Plaza Area, Ground Floor, the event witnessed 1000+ enthusiastic attendees and participation from 35+ campus societies.

During the two-day event, participants competed across four performance categories. Day 1 featured engaging Nukkad Natak acts and a high-energy Battle of Bands, while Day 2 showcased electrifying Western Dance and captivating Cultural Dance competitions. The winners in each category were rewarded with cash prizes by Omaxe Chowk.

In Nukkad Natak, the first place went to Ibtida from Hindu College, second place to Kehkasha from Jesus & Mary College, and third place to Jijeevisha from Lady Hardinge Medical College. In the Battle of Bands, Khwaish from Rajdhani College secured the first spot, followed by Alhad from MDU in second and Swarang from Ramjas College in third. For Western Dance, the winners were Team Spardha from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College in first, CVS Zeststreets from the College of Vocational Studies in second, and Ramjas Dance Soc from Ramjas College in third. Lastly, in Cultural Dance, Nupur from Kamla Nehru College took first place, Raunqan from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce took second, and Chetanya from Mata Sundri College took third.

In addition, the event unveiled exclusive student discounts at the Dawatpur Food Court in Omaxe Chowk. By presenting valid university ID cards, students enjoyed deals and availed of discounts from popular outlets, making the event a perfect blend of culture, fun, and value.
