Omaxe Group Launches Three Major Real Estate Projects in Faridabad
Faridabad, September 7, 2026: Real estate developer Omaxe Limited has officially commenced the construction of three major developments—Omaxe Residences, Omaxe World Mall, and London Street Extension—in Sector-79, Faridabad. The groundbreaking followed a Bhoomi Pujan ceremony performed by Rohtas Goel, Founder and Non-Executive Chairman, Omaxe Limited, Omaxe Limited said in a press release.
Together, the developments aim to expand Faridabad’s portfolio of luxury residential properties, modern retail, dining, and lifestyle amenities. Omaxe Residences is designed to meet growing demand in the ultra-luxury housing segment, with average unit realisations ranging from approximately Rs 4 crore to Rs 6 crore.
Meanwhile, London Street Extension and Omaxe World Mall will build upon the commercial ecosystem of the existing Omaxe World Street complex. London Street Extension will expand the London-themed experiential retail environment, while Omaxe World Mall is envisioned as an integrated shopping, dining, and entertainment destination catering to the region’s expanding consumer base.
Located in Sector-79, the projects benefit from key regional infrastructure, including the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Noida International Airport, Bata Chowk Metro Station, and the Manjhawali Bridge. Real estate analysts note that expanding infrastructure alongside a scarcity of premium land in developing pockets is driving increased end-user and investor demand for high-end residential and commercial assets in the area.
