Omaxe Launches BeTogether Brand With Investment of ₹2,800 Crore

New Delhi, January 29, 2025: Omaxe Group has officially launched BeTogether, a new brand dedicated to reshape urban and economic development through collaborative real estate projects. The current projects being undertaken by BeTogether would entail a total investment of over INR 2,800 crore over a time span of three to five years. The projects are estimated to have a revenue potential of over INR 5,000 crore. BeTogether focuses on Joint Ventures, collaboration and development through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) model to address infrastructure gaps, drive socio-economic growth, and create vibrant urban destinations across the country.

The brand is led by Non-Executive Chairman of Omaxe Ltd Rohtas Goel, along with MD of Omaxe Ltd. and Founder of BeTogether Mohit Goel, and, ED of Omaxe Group and Co-Founder of BeTogether Jatin Goel.

BeTogether’s project portfolio currently includes the joint venture initiative, BeTogether Centre Point Vrindavan, which aims to modernize culturally significant city Vrindavan. In addition, the brand is partnering with the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) on several Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects to upgrade bus terminals in key cities, like Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Kaushambi, Ayodhya, Amausi, and Prayagraj.

Speaking about the launch, Mohit Goel said, “BeTogether is a vision to transform India’s urban and rural landscape through innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity. By forging partnerships with landowners, investors, and government bodies like UPSRTC, we aim to deliver developments that address real challenges while creating opportunities for growth and progress. Through BeTogether, we intend to extend the legacy of Omaxe into emerging urban centers, bringing modern infrastructure and amenities to Tier II and Tier III cities.”
