Otis India Inks Major Deal With My Home Group for Hyderabad Projects
New Delhi, October 16, 2025: Otis India, a subsidiary of Otis Worldwide Corporation has secured a major deal with My Home Group to provide next-generation elevator solutions for three of their luxury residential developments in Hyderabad.
Otis India will supply 169 high-speed elevator systems engineered for performance, reliability, and premium ride experience for:
- My Home 99 (rising to 234 meters)
- My Home Akrida (12 towers)
- My Home Grava Residences (seven towers, one rising to over 54 stories)
