FDI  can  act as a  real  game changer.  To  enhance  FDI  investment  in  the  industry  the government should  offer  incentives to  FDI  funded  projects,  coupled  with clear and firm  policies  to revive  and  rebuild the confidence of foreign  investors .  This would be beneficial  for all  stakeholders,  including the government,  since the dollar inflows would  help  augment  India’s  foreign  exchange  reserves .  It  will  also  help  in  making the realty  sector  more  organised ,  bringing  in  more  transparency  in the sector.
