Phase-II of Century Greens pre-launched

Century Real Estate, a leading developer of South India, on February 10 announced the pre-launch of Phase-II of Century Greens, a premium plotted development in Bengaluru.
While Phase-1 of the project was sold out in three months of its launch, Phase-II witnessed even greater reception with over 65 pc of the inventory being sold out in the first ten days, according to a press release issued by the company.
Launched in September 2018, Phase-1 of Century Greens has already witnessed a price appreciation of 35 per cent, said the release.
