Phoenix MarketCity Pune Rebranded as ‘Phoenix Avenue of Stars’ in Premium Upgrade

Mumbai/Pune, May 25, 2026: Retail real estate player The Phoenix Mills Limited (PML) has announced the transformation of Phoenix MarketCity Pune into Phoenix Avenue of Stars. The rebranding marks a major milestone in premiumising the asset to align with evolving urban consumption patterns and rising consumer aspirations in Pune, the company said in a press release.
As part of the overhaul, the prominent retail and leisure hub has undergone an extensive physical revamp. The upgrades include a grand arrival experience, an enhanced façade, and several design-led interventions aimed at elevating its visual and spatial character into a world-class, social environment.
The destination continues to strengthen its premium retail mix, already housing marquee international brands such as UNIQLO, Michael Kors, Victoria’s Secret, Armani Exchange, and Pune’s first IKEA store. PML revealed that global luxury fashion houses including Coach, Hugo, Swatch, and Lego are also set to launch at the property soon, alongside curated luxury watch, jewellery, and gourmet dining zones.

“Phoenix MarketCity Pune has evolved significantly alongside the city’s growth over the years,” said Rashmi Sen, Whole Time Director and CEO Malls, The Phoenix Mills Limited. “The transformation into Phoenix Avenue of Stars reflects our continued commitment towards enhancing and premiumising our retail destinations in line with changing consumer aspirations and global benchmarks. With upgraded infrastructure, a stronger design language, an elevated brand portfolio and differentiated customer engagement, Phoenix Avenue of Stars represents the next chapter in PML’s vision of creating world-class urban retail environments.”
Beyond shopping, the future-forward identity will focus heavily on urban experiences, blending elevated dining and entertainment formats with marquee events and immersive brand engagements to solidify its position as one of Western India’s leading lifestyle addresses.
