Piramal Realty Delivers First Two Towers in South Mumbai Project
Mumbai, December 17, 2024: Piramal Realty has announced the delivery of its first two towers in South Mumbai, Avyan and Arav, at its iconic project Piramal Aranya in Byculla.
Tower Avyan features 2-4 bed luxury residences while Arav tower offers a range of 2-5 bed homes, blending privacy with a community living experience. Furthermore, Arav is the tallest tower of Byculla with 72 habitable floors rising to 282 metres. Designed by Studio HBA London, Arav Tower has a double-height lobby; residents of both towers will enjoy views of the eastern harbour and the Rani Baug botanical gardens.
