Polo Elevators Debuts First Interactive Experience Centre in Delhi-NCR
New Delhi, March 24, 2026:
Polo Elevators, an Indian provider of customized vertical transportation, has inaugurated its first Experience Centre in the Delhi-NCR region. The 1,800-square-foot facility is designed as an interactive hub where architects, developers, and homeowners can engage directly with live elevator models, testing ride quality and exploring technical configurations before making procurement decisions, the company said in a press release.
The center showcases a diverse portfolio ranging from high-rise passenger lifts and hospital elevators to specialized villa and capsule lifts. A key highlight of the facility is the display of Machine-Room-Less (MRL) technology. These gearless systems integrate compact machinery directly into the hoistway, eliminating the need for a separate machine room. This design is increasingly favored in modern construction for its space-saving benefits and superior energy efficiency.
Beyond mechanical engineering, the center emphasizes aesthetic customization. Visitors can experiment with various cabin interiors, lighting systems, and premium finishes to align the elevators with specific architectural visions. Expert advisors are stationed at the site to assist clients in analyzing building traffic patterns and shaft conditions, ensuring that the recommended elevator configurations meet both safety standards and budgetary requirements.

Umang Bansal, Chairman of Polo Elevators, underscored the importance of transparency in the engineering process during the launch. “Our vision for the Experience Centre is simple. We want people to truly experience what goes into building a world-class elevator. From design and engineering to safety and ride comfort, every element matters. This space allows architects, developers, and homeowners to see, touch, and ride our elevators before making a decision. At Polo Elevators, we are proud to contribute to the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ vision by delivering reliable, high-quality elevators that are engineered and manufactured in India,” he said.

Gaurav Bansal, Managing Director of Polo Elevators, noted that the center marks a pivotal milestone in the company’s growth strategy. “The Experience Centre marks an important milestone for us. It brings our technology and craftsmanship closer to customers and helps them understand how different elevator solutions can fit their specific needs. Whether it’s a luxury villa, a residential tower, a hospital, or a commercial complex, our goal is to guide customers toward the most efficient, safe, and customized solution. It also reflects our continued focus on innovation and our commitment to building world-class elevator systems from India for both domestic and global markets,” he added.
The brand, which recently appointed wrestling icon “The Great Khali” as its brand ambassador under the tagline “No Jhatke, Only Hatke,” currently maintains a strong presence across North India, including Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. With the opening of this new center, Polo Elevators has reaffirmed its goal to expand its pan-India footprint by 2030, focusing on smarter, safer, and locally manufactured transit solutions.
