Prateek Group brings in an attractive offer for buyers

Realty firm Prateek Group has brought an exclusive offer for its customers in its integrated township Prateek Grand City located at Siddharth Vihar, next to Indirapuram, NH-24 in Ghaziabad.
According to a press release, homebuyers can book a home in any of the two projects at the township — Grand Paeonia and Grand Carnesia — by paying only 5 per cent as the booking amount and no EMI till 30 months.
NH-24 has always been a favourite destination of homebuyers since the time real estate projects started budding on this stretch. With Prime Minister Narendra Modi laying the foundation stone for widening of NH-24 last month, it has become one of the best places to buy homes. Prateek Grand City is also expected to be delivered by the same time the widening of NH-24 gets complete in 30 months.
Prashant Tiwari, Chairman Prateek Group, said, “We have planned Prateek Grand City at a very prime location. Siddharth Vihar on NH-24 is one of the most sought- after realty destinations due to its great connectivity with different parts of Delhi/NCR. As NH-24 is going to get wide with several flyovers, clover leafs and under passes, it would help in approaching the centre of city smoothly. Our latest offer where one can book a home by paying just 5 per cent and no EMI till possession is meant to help our customers to get their dream homes in a pocket- friendly manner before price rises. With all the developments going on in this region, it makes sense when customers get the preferred location under offers that help expedite the process of buying.”
