Prateek Group launches its Home Hunt Fest 2016
Realty firm Prateek Group announced Prateek Home Hunt Fest 2016 beginning Saturday. The fest would showcase complete array of Group properties.
According to a press release, the company is offering a bouquet of offers in its different projects: Prateek Stylome, Prateek Edifice and Prateek Grand City, for customers to choose from.
Announcing the Prateek Home Hunt Fest 2016, Prashant Tiwari, Chairman, Prateek Group, said, “We are happy to announce the Prateek Home Hunt Fest 2016 and hope it comes out to be an excellent platform for us to connect with our customers. We are committed to timely deliver best quality infrastructure in the most competitive and reasonable prices. After delivering over 70 lakh sq. ft. in the last three years, many more world class structures are on the anvil. The press release said Prateek Home Hunt Fest 2016 has exclusive offers on various projects of the Group. In Prateek Stylome, the Group has offered free maintenance for two years with a starting price of Rs. 1.33 crore. In Prateek Edifice (Price: Rs. 1.43 crore onwards), a tailor-made payment plan of 5:20 i.e. 20 per cent payments at five different time intervals along with two-year free maintenance will ensure that customers are not puzzled by the allocation of charges. At Prateek Grand City, Grand Paeonia and Grand Carnesia, priced at Rs. 30 lakh onwards) the Group has brought an offer to pay 5 per cent on booking and no EMI till 24 months. Along with this, 2KVA power backup, club membership and car parking are being offered for free on these three projects.
